Refund Policy for Cyber Essentials Certifications

1. No Refund Policy

At Cyber Compliance, we are committed to providing high-quality Cyber Essentials certifications and assessments. Due to the nature of the certification process, resources involved, and immediate access to our proprietary materials, we maintain a strict 'No Refund' policy.

2. Certification Process

Upon purchase, customers gain immediate access to the certification portal for the completion of the assessment. Given this instant access, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

While refunds are generally not provided, we may consider exceptions in very rare and specific circumstances. These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and solely at the discretion of NeedSec Limited T/A Cyber Compliance. However, customers should assume that all sales are final.

4. Customer Acknowledgment

By purchasing our Cyber Essentials certification, customers acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. This agreement is part of our terms and conditions, which are accepted upon purchase.
